Crownforge Games ("we", "our" or "us") has developed this Policy for its websites, games and other applications (the "Platform") and the services rendered by us through the Platform (the "Services"). All visitors and users ("Customers", "Users", "You" or "Your") of the Platform are advised to read and understand this Policy.
This Policy describes the personally identifiable information and other data we collect through the apps and games we provide, and how we use it and when we might share it with third parties. Installing or using the Platform, or submitting information to us, establishes your consent to this Policy and to our collection and processing of your information as described here. Please don't use the Services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you agree that we can collect and use your personal information as described in this Policy, and you give your consent to that collection.
This Policy explains: what information we collect and why; how we use that information; and the choices we offer, including how to access and update it.
To provide the best experience, we collect and store personal information you provide from time to time. When you contact us, we keep a record of that communication to help resolve any issues. The information we collect broadly falls into three categories:
Information that identifies you personally and/or can be used to contact you online or offline — for example, your full name, physical address, email address, telephone number, photograph, precise geo-location, credit card information, and in some apps, your username.
Information that does not identify you and cannot be used to contact you personally — for example, date of birth, age, ZIP code, city, gender, device identifiers, IP address, hardware/software details, and usage data such as browser type, other apps on your device, playtime, scores, achievements, and URLs visited before or after using our apps.
We do not collect personal information simply because you visit our Website — only if you choose to submit it. We do, however, collect non-personal information such as device IDs, IP addresses, and usage data whenever you use our Website or Apps. This non-personal information is not combined with personal information unless you choose to submit personal information to us.

We retain your personal information as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so — for example, to provide services to you, or as required or permitted by applicable law.
Once there is no ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize your personal information or, if that isn't possible (for example, because it's stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion becomes possible.
You may withdraw your consent for further collection of the information described above at any time by logging out and uninstalling the Platform from your device.
Service providers acting on our behalf, such as Google Analytics, store log files and use tracking technologies — including device identifiers like the IDFA on mobile devices, and cookies on our websites — to recognize your computer, store your preferences, understand which pages you've visited, improve your experience by evaluating content and advertising effectiveness, conduct searches, and perform related operations.
We and our service providers use these technologies to gather technical data such as your IP address, device and operating system type, device identifiers (MAC address, IDFA, IMEI), browser type and language, the site visited before or after our Services, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, clicks, time on page, and whether other Crownforge Games apps are installed.
If applicable, we may link this data to your Crownforge Games user ID or social network ID.

Ads appearing on our Games/Apps or Website may be delivered by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies let ad servers recognize your device each time they send an advertisement, in order to compile non-personal identification information about you or other users of your device. This helps ad networks deliver advertisements they believe will interest you. This Policy does not cover cookie use by any advertiser.
We currently work with the following advertising and infrastructure partners: AdColony, AppLovin, Facebook Audience Network, Google AdMob, InMobi, Mintegral, Unity Ads, Vungle, Chartboost, AWS, RunPod, Stable Diffusion.
Ads from third parties — companies that may link to their own websites, online services, or mobile applications — appear on our websites and apps. Their processing activities are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one, and we are not liable for their privacy practices or content. Please review their policies directly if you have concerns about how they use your information.
Our third-party payment processor gathers the billing and financial information needed to process your payments — for example, a subscription or purchase of in-app virtual currency or goods. Crownforge Games does not gather or save your financial information itself, though our payment processors may share non-financial information with us, such as transaction ID, items purchased, and value, in order to complete your order.
Purchases made with credit or currency from third parties may also be governed by those parties' own regulations.
We take special precautions regarding children who use our Services. A registering user may input a date of birth, username, and email address to set up an account. The account is limited to aspects of the Services deemed appropriate for users; features that may involve posting personal information, such as comments, are automatically disabled.
Immediately upon registration, a user's email address is converted into an encrypted, one-way hash that we cannot read, used only to authenticate login. We do not permanently store email addresses in a recoverable format after initial registration, and we have no means of contacting such users by email afterward. Usernames are not used to contact users.
We do not collect more personal data than necessary to respond to a one-off request, and we do not distribute any personal information collected from children to third parties without parental consent. Parents may contact us to review their children's information.
We allow users to create AI-generated images from text prompts or uploaded images.
You may opt out of promotional emails by following the instructions included in those emails. Opting out does not stop non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relationship. You may also opt out of SMS notifications through your device settings.
We may publicly display your data when you take part in in-game activities, for user identification purposes. If you use third-party social networks for in-game activities — including leaderboards, multiplayer games, or downloading and uploading content — Crownforge Games and its affiliates may collect, use, store, transmit, and publicly display statistical gameplay data (scores, rankings, achievements) or identify content you've created and shared with other players. Any data that personally identifies you is handled in accordance with this Policy.
In exchange for certain premium features — including playing our games with advertising disabled — you may choose to become a peer on the Bright Data network. Doing so means you've read and accepted the terms of the Bright SDK EULA.
You can opt out of the Bright Data network at any time by switching the Web Indexing toggle to OFF in the game's Options menu.
You receive a free feature in exchange for safely using some of your device's resources, only in a manner that will not substantially affect the device's operation. You can turn this off from the settings menu at any time. See the SDK's own privacy policy at bright-sdk.com/privacy-policy for further detail.
This Policy may change from time to time. When it does, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the statement. We will obtain your opt-in consent for any updates that materially expand the sharing or use of your personal information beyond what was disclosed at the time of collection.
By using Crownforge Games and its Apps, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our games and apps. Continued use of our products after any amendment to this Policy will be treated as acceptance of the changes.
